All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days. Shopify merchants: Starter, Essentials, Growth, and Scale are the plans available inside the TryOn Virtual Shopify app, and every charge — including pay-as-you-go overage for extra try-on sessions and 3D generations — is processed through Shopify's Billing API. The Custom plan is a separate, sales-led, contract-based offering for retailers on non-Shopify platforms (custom-built storefronts, WooCommerce, Magento) and offline/brick-and-mortar stores. It is not offered to, selectable by, or billed to Shopify stores.

Pricing questions
What counts as one "try-on"?
A session where a customer opens the widget and sees at least one product on themselves. If the customer tries multiple products in the same session, that counts as one session. Page views that never trigger the widget don't count.
Is the Custom plan available for Shopify stores?
No. Shopify merchants choose Starter, Essentials, Growth, or Scale inside the TryOn Virtual Shopify app, and every charge — including pay-as-you-go overage for extra try-on sessions and 3D generations — is processed through Shopify's Billing API with Shopify's own charge-approval flow. The Custom plan is never shown, selectable, or billable inside the Shopify app. It is a sales-led, contract-based offering for retailers on non-Shopify platforms (custom-built storefronts, WooCommerce, Magento) and for offline/brick-and-mortar stores running in-store smart mirrors.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades depend on how you're billed: on Shopify, the new plan replaces the old one straight away; if you pay by card through the merchant panel, the downgrade is scheduled for your next billing cycle and you keep the higher tier until then.
What happens if I go over the session limit?
On Starter, extra sessions are blocked until the next billing cycle — there are no overage charges. On Essentials, Growth, and Scale, pay-as-you-go pricing kicks in: $0.15 per extra session on Essentials and $0.05 on Growth and Scale, plus $0.75 per extra 3D model on Essentials and $0.50 on Growth and Scale. Overage is billed through Shopify's Billing API and capped per billing cycle, so a busy month can't produce a surprise bill. The Custom plan (non-Shopify retailers only) includes unlimited sessions. You'll see a real-time counter in the merchant panel.
Do I need to build 3D models?
For AI photo swap, no — your existing product photos are enough. For real-time AR, we convert your product photos into 3D models for you (free 3D generations are included on every plan — 3 on Starter, 5 on Essentials, 10 on Growth, 100 on Scale, unlimited on the non-Shopify Custom plan). Need more in a given month? On paid plans, extra models are pay-as-you-go at $0.75 on Essentials and $0.50 on Growth and Scale. You can also upload your own GLB/GLTF files.
What platforms are supported?
Shopify (one-click app), WooCommerce (widget embed), Magento, BigCommerce, and any custom storefront via a JavaScript snippet. On Shopify, the available plans are Starter, Essentials, Growth, and Scale, all billed through Shopify. See the Product page for integration details.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Custom-plan customers (non-Shopify retailers) get a dedicated onboarding engineer as part of their contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled for any reason from the merchant panel. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
