1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryOn Virtual's services, website (tryonvirtual.com), Shopify application, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dimenso FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

TryOn Virtual provides an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that enables e-commerce merchants to offer real-time product visualization to their customers. Services include but are not limited to:

• Real-time virtual try-on for eyewear and accessories
• 3D model management and optimization
• Shopify app integration
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• API access for custom integrations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All charges are in USD. Usage-based charges (extra products, extra try-on sessions) are billed every 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our technology
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services
• Exceed your plan's usage limits without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Services without written consent
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Dimenso FZ-LLC. You retain ownership of your 3D models and product content uploaded to the platform.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our virtual try-on technology processes camera data locally on end users' devices. We do not store or transmit camera images or biometric data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with specific uptime commitments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimenso FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimenso FZ-LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
